We are the dealer in Türkiye, the Middle East and the Turkic Republics of the TowFLEXX electric aircraft tug product family, which offers many advantages over its competitors. These products are remotely controlled and can be used for push-pull operations in the hangar or on the apron for aircraft weighing up to 86 tons. These products are widely used in both military and civil aviation operations.

TowFLEXX: For Manoeuvres that were Not Previously Possible

The TowFLEXX product family, including tug models TF3, TF4, TF5 and HD190, is designed to tow aircraft up to 86 tons via remote control. Their very low profile, with a ground clearance not exceeding 51 cm, allows them to pass under the frame and wings of the aircraft.

These models drift away the front landing gear with the ground thanks to the “3600 Degree Technology” that allow TowFLEXX tugs to move in any direction, regardless of which direction the front landing gear is facing. The remote-controlled tugs can rotate 360 degrees around their own axis while connected to the aircraft, without changing the direction of the front gear of the aircraft, allowing manoeuvres that cannot be achieved by normal aircraft tow tractors. For example, they can turn an aircraft 360 degrees on the ground on its main landing gear.

Furthermore, given the ability of these remote-controlled tugs to pass under the aircraft due to their low profile, they can also park aircraft in spaces that cannot be approached with standard aircraft tow tractors. This facilitates a 40 percent increase of efficiency in the use of hangar space.

The remote-controlled tugs allow a single person to manoeuvre an aircraft, regardless of its size. Under normal conditions, as the size of the aircraft increases, more personnel are needed to observe the wing tips or tail section of the aircraft from the outside to ensure safe manoeuvring in narrow spaces. With remote-controlled tugs, however, the operator can check risky situations, if any, for themselves, while continuing to control the TowFLEXX.

Pocket Hercules

The TF1 and TF2 models – the smallest members of the TowFLEXX product family – stand out with their ease of use. Of these models, the TF1 can tow aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of up to 2 tons, whereas the TF2 can tow aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of up to 4 tons. These tugs, which weigh 60 and 70 kg, respectively, can be easily operated by a single person.

Developed based on the TF2 model, the TF2.2 is particularly appropriate for Robinson helicopters.
