Our Founder

Gökhan Arcağ started his career in the private jet sector, which is a very niche civil aviation market segment, and has served in various positions, from Aircraft Technician to Vice President, throughout his career.

After graduating from the Department of Airframe and Engine Maintenance of the Faculty of Aviation and Space Sciences of Anadolu University, Arcağ began his career in 2006, and served as a Certifying Staff, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and Shift Supervisor at Palmali Air, Sertur Air and MNG Jet until 2011.

Between 2011 and 2019, he was employed as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and serves as the Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager at Setair. Arcağ was Executive Vice President of Skyline Transportation between 2019 and 2020,

and after gaining 15 years of experience in the sector, he established UMAY Aviation in 2021.
