Entrusting your aircraft to a company with an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) does not guarantee your aircraft will be handled perfectly. Since such companies have a large number of aircraft in their portfolios, the services they provide to aircraft owners are geared only toward meeting their legal obligations.
UMAY Aviation can take control of the fuel, maintenance, insurance, training, hangar and similar expenses of aircraft owners. Through the services we provide, we commit to reducing your total yearly expenses to a level 40 percent below those of any aircraft of the same model that we do not manage.
We keep an account of every penny you spend, and submit monthly reports to inform you about the income-expenditure status of your aircraft. We also identify any upcoming costs that may be due related to your aircraft, allowing you to make the necessary preparations.
Furthermore, we can guide you, upon request, about AOC holding companies and other service providers, supporting your efforts to identify the most appropriate company.
Are You Not Receiving Service from Us?
We not only provide a comprehensive Aircraft Management service – you can also request a one-time or regular financial review of the processes related to your private jet. Such requests are responded to with our inspection service,
in which we examine your fuel, maintenance, insurance, training, hangar, etc. expenses and the invoices issued by AOC-holding businesses related to your aircraft, on the dates determined by you. We carry out our examinations taking into account market conditions and provide you with a report accordingly.
As part of our Aircraft Management service, we check the prices of the services received by aircraft owners as well as market conditions. If we identify any price higher than the market average, we first try to reach an agreement with the relevant company to reduce the contract price to an appropriate level. Should such companies reject a new price arrangement, we inform you about the alternative companies in the market, and make the necessary changes in line with your decision. Moreover, we deal directly with sellers, which allows us to circumvent the high commission costs related to such inputs as fuel.

One of the most important issues in aviation is safety, for which maintenance is key. Flight disruptions are common due to the lack of, or inappropriate maintenance. To avoid this, we coordinate with you or your assistant to ensure all operations related to your aircraft are carried out according to your schedule, and that maintenance does not coincide with your travel plans. In the event of such a coincidence, we arrange maintenance at an earlier date without compromising safety, and ensure that you never have to use another aircraft.
